This is a profile portrait style painting of a fictional person I made up.

The title has double meaning in that it's an expansion on one of my previous paintings and it deals with the topic of expanding ones mind. I worked on keeping balance in the piece by having enough things for the eye to view on each side. I painted in Photoshop using an Intous 3 Wacom tablet.

The Emperor of Mankind is a fictional character from the WarHammer series. I focused a lot on guiding the viewers eye to the center with a lot of angles and diagonals. I went for a somewhat traditional look with my own stylized approach. The Painting was done for the Lord Inquisitor film currently in the making. I used Photoshop and an Intous 3 tablet.

This piece was created to practice space, Composition, light, and color. I call it wine and gummy worms because that is what I happen to be munching on while I painted some of the piece and it inspired some of the color palette.

This artwork was created as an experiment on trying to guide the viewers eye around a piece. It was painted in photoshop mostly using the standard brush on various opacity settings.

This self portrait was created as a way of letting go of a troublesome period in my life. Hopefully I have released whatever negative energy was around me with its creation. This piece is also an early birthday present to my self for having spent another year on this earth learning, maturing, and growing both as an artist and human being.

This piece was created as an attempt to bring life to a painting. I wanted to try to paint a character with a soul. I painted this off of a sketch that I did and I tried to push myself to do a level of detail that gave off the sense of a stylized reality.

The point of the piece was to make a person. So I ask whoever views this to create a little biography of how this person might be. Feel free to give her a name that you think suits the personality that you picture her with.

This piece portrays a demon in disguise. A person with an attitude that's nice enough to make you loose your guard. He is a two faced back stabber and he comes with a smile. I painted him based on a sketch I drew. I would appreciate critiques on my values and shades. Feel free to comment.

This painting was created based off of a dream about temptations. Portrayed is a confident and sexual woman in a colorful yet slightly gritty style. I went through multiple poses before settling on this one. I want to show her power and control over the viewer. I would appreciate critiques on the color scheme and composition of the painting.
